∙Collision Damage Waiver
The collision damage waiver or loss damage waiver means, that if your rental car is damaged, without you being responsible, or stolen, you don’t have to pay to repair or replace it.

∙Personal Accident Insurance
Personal accident insurance covers medical costs for you and your passengers if you’re involved in an accident. This includes ambulance, medical care and death benefits.

Payment Methods

Carrot offers several flexible payment options for customers including cash, credit, debit card and electronic funds transfer.

∙The online reservation is completed via online payment with the full amount of the price.

∙The email reservation is completed via electronic funds transfer with a 30% deposit of the total price. The remaining amount of the price is paid in cash at the pick-up point of your choosing, or credit/debit card at the Carrot office, before receiving the vehicle.

∙In case of last minute reservations or immediate pick-up of a vehicle, payment of the total price is made in cash at the pick-up point of your choosing, or credit/debit card at the Carrot office.

Fuel Purchase Option

Avoid the hassle of refuelling during your holiday or at the end of it. Simply contact us to purchase a full tank of petrol upfront.

∙With our Fuel Purchase Option you can return your car or motorcycle as it is, partially refuelled.

∙Unused fuel cannot be refunded.
