Return Policy
Please return the vehicle by 09:00 a.m, unless otherwise agreed with the Carrot team.
∙Vehicle returns later than 09:00 a.m, or the time scheduled with our team, will incur additional charges.
∙In case of selecting a return time after 09:00 a.m, a member of our team will contact to inform you of the surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Learn about the cancellation policy we follow in Carrot for car and motorcycle hires. A cancellation policy is the amount of money the traveller will not be refunded if they cancel a booking within a given time frame.
∙In case of cancellation earlier than two days of your booking, it is not necessary to pay any further amount, other than the 30% of prepaid deposit.
∙In case of cancellation within two days of your booking, an amount of 20% is added to the 30% of prepaid deposit. During the two-day cancellation period, a 50% of the total price is retained.
∙In case of no-shows full price is retained.
∙In case of online reservation with the full amount of the price, a refund will be received, in accordance with the aforementioned cancellation policies.
Driver Requirements
All drivers must meet requirements regarding age and driver’s license status, to book a Carrot vehicle.
∙You are required to meet the minimum age of 23 years old.
∙You are required to have at least one year of licensed driving experience.
Carrot does not hire cars or motorcycles to people under the age of 23 and to those who have a driver’s license for less than 1 year.

This business policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe workplace in this unique environment. It’s important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions. We assure you that we will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.
Working Safely
∙Our office is cleaned and disinfected daily, while touchable objects and surfaces are frequently sanitized throughout the day.
∙We ensure our work environment is ventilated frequently.
∙Each of our vehicles is thoroughly cleaned between every rental. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements, with particular attention to high-touch points.
Protect yourself and others from COVID-19
∙Keep a physical distance of 2 metres whenever possible.
∙Wear a mask, especially in crowded, closed and poorly ventilated settings.
∙Clean your hands frequently. You can also use the sanitizers you’ll find around the office.
∙Cover any cough or sneeze in your bent elbow.
∙If you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or feel poorly, please stay at home, avoid contact with others and consult your doctor.
